Why take the assessment?
The Checkpoint 360 gathers perceptions of the participantā€™s leadership capabilities from both their manager and a reference group (boss, peers, and direct reports). It can collect feedback on each competency being measured and then provide a robust set of reports, including a detailed development plan for the individual, and coaching and management considerations for those who supervise them.
